Email [email protected] with “Metelevator support” in the subject. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Steps to reproduce the problem and an optional screenshot are useful.
You don’t need to send your save file or diagnostic logs unless they’re needed to investigate a specific problem. Don’t include passwords or payment details.
Finding your next step
- Use Objective during the tutorial to visit the next guided action. Base F0 returns to your starter factory.
- Open Factory to find machines missing inputs, power, cooling, or a suitable floor. Choose Inspect to visit a machine.
- Use Undo to reverse the latest construction action. A painted belt or erase stroke is treated as one action.
- In Settings, adjust text size and contrast. Opening Settings pauses production and contract deadlines.
Protecting your progress
Metelevator saves progress on your device and keeps local recovery checkpoints. Standard and Daily factories are saved separately. The game does not provide cloud-save recovery through the developer.
If progress seems missing, contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app. Deleting the app can remove local saves.
