Playing the game
Metelevator works without an account. The game has no advertising or tracking SDK and does not automatically send gameplay data to the developer. Daily challenges are generated on your device.
Saves and preferences
Your factory, progress, preferences, and recovery saves are stored in the app’s local storage. Metelevator does not provide a developer-operated cloud-save service. Your device’s backup settings may include app data. Deleting the app can remove your local progress.
Diagnostics
Development builds can record local diagnostic logs when explicitly enabled for testing. These logs can include gameplay events, device information, and a pseudonymous session or installation identifier. Diagnostic logging is off by default, and Metelevator has no automatic log uploader. If you send a log to support, it becomes part of your support request.
Contacting support
If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer your request and investigate the reported problem. Email providers process messages to deliver and store them. Support information is kept as needed to handle your request and related follow-up; you can request deletion by emailing [email protected].
Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or information unrelated to the problem. Support messages are not used for advertising.
Visiting this website
Opening a support or privacy link takes you out of the game and onto this website. Website infrastructure, including Cloudflare, processes request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. The website uses Umami analytics and page-view metrics to understand site usage. This website activity is separate from your local game saves.
